ShedTalks serve one purpose – to show you that dreams and ideas can become reality.
We’re curating an extraordinary assembly of speakers, each with a unique story, strategy, experience or viewpoint that will raise eyebrows, prompt debate and light fires in the bellies of the audience.
Each ShedTalk features three speakers offering different talks on a single word – a word that asks questions, creates opportunity and challenges conventions. A place, then, for the incurably curious.
We’ll also be recording all ShedTalks so you can download them as podcasts and be inspired again and again!
Workshops give project creators the tools and expertise they need to create great crowdfunding campaigns.
Hosted by experts, specialists and experienced crowdfunders, each workshop delivers practical and insightful help and skills for project creators to use before, during and after their campaigns. Workshops will cover how to write a campaign story, how to create a compelling video, how to build a social media network, how to engage and retain an audience, and more.
A great asset for anyone new to crowdfunding or keen to refine their skills, workshops run regularly in cycles to ensure they’re always available to new project creators joining CrowdShed.
As soon as workshop dates are confirmed, you’ll be able to book and get involved right here.
We understand the potential for crowdfunding to have a profound impact on so many areas of British industry – technology, the arts, media, charity, healthcare, social finance and many more.
Roundtables are a chance to explore this potential with key figures in their respective industries – to push the boundaries and see how far crowdfunding can really go in revolutionising and democratising funding for everyone.
We’ll be writing about our roundtable events where we discuss and explore how far crowdfunding can go on our blog
